The Bay of Portonovo
The sunset atmosphere is unique!
The most beautiful bay on the Conero Riviera is situated just after Mazzavalle. The intense mountain greenery is a stunning contrast to the white stones of the shoreline. This beach has private beach bars and open public areas. There are 2 well equipped private areas with fish restaurants and terraces overlooking the sea and the amazing surroundings. We recommend : Emilia, Anna, Il laghetto and Il Molo ( turning left at the end), Giacchetti and Il Clandestino ( turning right at the end). There are also some interesting salt pools.

How to get there by car, along the Conero provincial road in the direction of Portonovo: take the road that runs along the side of the mountain. Car parking is limited. When the area is closed to traffic there is a shuttle bus that goes to and from the beach.
